Ambasse did an Ilha Blue tourism training course and while he was still at secondary school he volunteered at Ilha Blue. He started training as a cook and now works full time. Ambasse prepares all the food for our trips including lime achar (lime pickle), a mean piri piri, pickled octopus, coconut and cashew muesli, swahili spiced coffee, bbq fresh tuna, coconut rice… and the list goes on. AndĀ sings throughout the day.
