  • Create and innovate: never compete with existing products, introduce new, authentic experiences, increase the product range,  and build the destination
  • Employ locally: only employ people from the island (Ilha de Moçambique) or adjacent mainland
  • Foster continuous improvement in skills and knowledge: increase capacity of staff to take on greater responsibilities within the business and to actively participate in the development of the business.
  • Increase capacity of the tourism sector: Provide training for anyone on the island with an interest in tourism
